Kirklands In Athens

Philip and Joy and their three kids have been serving with MTW in Athens, Greece, since 2012. In partnership with local pastors and church planters, they are supporting the church-planting vision of the Greek Evangelical Church in various ways. Their heart is to see the nations come together in joyful worship of Christ.

Philip is MTW’s Regional Director for SE Europe, and is currently leading a Greek speaking multicultural church plant in central Athens. He is also involved locally  in developing the next generation of church planters.

In addition to supporting the local church plant in different ways Joy is involved in meeting regular counseling and trauma training needs and provides weekly counseling support for local anti-human trafficking ministries.
